If there was a gasoline fire inside the building the employees would find time to finish their lunch and take 2 personal phone calls before exiting. I didn't even get my license. After 50 mins, I was next in line and pretty eager to get to the counter. She looked at me and then she stood up and went through a door in the back then came back with 4 booklets they use for something. Put three of them in a safe and kept the 4th one. opened the 4th one, folded it neatly, placed all the cardboard exactly in the right place ( a process taking 2-3 minutes ) and then put it away in a draw then looked up and called me forward. She didn't even need the GD pad. So finally after an hour I had made it. " Do you have a form?" There was none out anywhere or any sign saying you need to complete a form, but as everyone in line didn't have one either..... I had figured this out 30 mins before she asked. There was no way I was losing my place in line to get one. I filled in the form she gave me it took about two minutes. By this time she was writing a note on a stickit pad. I turned to the side and looked back at the people in line behind me. One of them asked, "whats she doing?" I said she's writing herself a note. Tack on a few more minutes for this labourius task. Then she asked for my old license. I gave it to her and she said "this picture's too scratched I won't be able to help you, do you have your passport with you?" I chuckled, grabbed all my papers and left without saying a word. Unfortunately there's not a rating lower than 1 star.

Absolutely shocking experience. I have been turned away four times before and today the fifth time when I was finally able to get in and waited in the queue for more than an hour was told that they close at 5pm and I should come another time. The staff should know how much it takes on each application and then let the people enter and if they do let them, they should make sure that they get looked after. The guy who spoke did mention that it’s not fair to their staff but it is not fair to the general public either who have left their work early just to get their application done and have been in the queue for so long and not once but multiple times. Horrible experience, never going back atleast to this branch.

I have been to many AA or VTNZ and this one is so far the WORST ever in terms of communication & customer service. I bought a motorcycle from someone who has cancelled the plate number registration. Because the registration has been cancelled so i wasn't able to to the ownership transfer online. Also i need to take the bike for registration again. So i took the bike to this AA on Friday, the lady receptionist Sharon said someone would check the bike for compliance on Monday because Friday has been fully booked already, i was ok with that and left the bike to them. Then i called on Monday and she said it would be checked on Tuesday. When i showed up at the counter on Tuesday, i was again told that the bike wouldn't be checked until Wednesday! What kind of misleading information and communication is that? If you are not sure about the timing, you just please don't tell customers for the wrong answer and give them false expectations! Then on Thursday morning when i came to pick up the bike, they told me they couldn't do the brake inspection & declaration coz it needs to be done by a professional motorcycle shop to meet compliance. Why you didn't tell me all this information on Friday when i dropped off the bike to you? If i had known you couldn't do that, i wouldn't choose you at the first place. i would just take the bike directly to a motorcycle shop for compliance! Basically they charged me $250 for doing nothing! They even didn't bother to write down the VIN number on the paperwork, saying i need to fill in the VIN number by myself. Then i took the bike to a motorcycle shop for brake inspection & declaration as i was told by this AA, only 5 mins job and i paid another extra $100 for that. The motorcycle shop guy told me there is no need for me to take the bike to AA for compliance coz AA weren't able to do the brake declaration and it needs to be done by them anyway, he also told me motorcycle shop can do compliance directly as a whole package to save time for customers. After i have done the brake declaration, i took the bike back to this AA just to finish the last procedure to register it, surprisingly i was told i need to wait for another 1.5 hours just for registering it because the guy is in the middle of something… Finally i got my new plate plus 6 months rego for the bike, the lady Sharon asked me how i would like to pay, i said if there is Paywave, then she operated the EFPOS device to Paywave. I paid the money by swiping my card, but i didn't realize i was overcharged $3.8 until i got home when i was checking the receipt. I wasn't informed there's a surcharge paying by Paywave, nor did i see any sign saying surcharge at the counter! If she had told me there is a $3.8 surcharge, i wouldn't choose to continue. I would just pay in cash instead coz i do have cash with me at that moment. Another example of poor communication! Just really bad communication and service. If they told me they weren't able to do the brake declaration before i dropped off the bike to them, i would just directly take the bike to the motorcycle shop. Just a shocking and horrible experience as a customer. Will never go there again!

Getting travel insurance was so easy from this center today, exemplary service. Watching how well the staff managed the queue was also amazing. Superb!

Shocking wait time to even enquire about anything. Will definitely be going to VTNZ instead of spending any time or money here. Super stoked to watch staff chat about how they’re gonna spend the long weekend as the line grows. Spend 45 mins in spot number 2 before being seen. No thanks!

Was a bit concerned having seen some other reviews and I needed to renew my licence with my kids in tow.. but I had a great experience. I went early in the morning and the place was quiet and tidy. Only a short queue, very friendly staff, we were in and out pretty quickly with no hassles.
