★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had the most horrific experience here with my husbands license renewal. We took in Drs medical but the girl had no idea what she was doing. We left there with my husband with no license. We then went and got a new medical and took it back to AA. There was a different girl on the counter . Asking why we had bought In another mediclal, because infact his license was in the system and arrived in the mail 1 week later . The cost for this was 3x 240k.s trips and 1 Drs visit, plus 1 Spec savers cost . I have put in a complaint to AA RICHMOND weeks ago and heard nothing back. Terrible service. In fact initially the treatment was terrible .
