★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I must say i am not one to go out of my way to write a review.
But i was struck with such extremely rude and belittling customer service by your license customer service lady short brown hair and glasses at AA hornby testing station. She was not serving anyone but would not look at me to come up to her counter i waited about 5mins before she decided to acknowledge me. No hi no how can i help just a blank stare. Please consider putting this lady through a basic customer service training absolutely appalling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Frustrating ! Insufficient vehicle testing staff available..called in 4 times to join queues for vehicle testing..in a space of a week
One occasion.. lane was shut 1.5 hrs prior to closing
Next time MINIMUM 2 hour wait for a test
Ended up having to go to another site that offered appts for vehicle testing..
Definitely would not recommend !!!

My mechanic was very thorough with my older model Merc. He gave me some great advice too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2.5 hours to get a lousy WOF. Staff don’t seem that worried at all about on time performance or SLAs commonly attributed to the private sector. Wreaks of government pen pushing.
