I was immediately impressed with the build quality, the price was competitive and I preferred to buy local so we purchased an underfloor inspection robot. We are very pleased with service we received and the ongoing service has also been excellent.

The whole unit and service from Ravi has been top knotch and would happily refer anyone who is looking for this type of product.
The Robot works great as well.

Anyone looking at using one of these sub floor crawler robots is in for a treat. Inspection times are reduced, the machine is easy to use and responsive, and the information gathered is great. The low maintenance and back up service makes owning and using one of these machines even better.
I use mine when inspecting under buildings saving a lot of effort and allowing me to carry out the inspections safely.
Ravi knows his stuff so your in good hands.

He has had a few upgrades and received a new camera but he is still going well at age three. He is a robust and reliable member of our team. Techmatics are great to deal with and we found them willing to listen and provide solutions to our requirements. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently purchased the Hades - 3 robot. I do a number of building inspections which require assessment of the underfloor areas.
I have now used it on a few jobs & have the benefits overwhelming. Photos are excellent providing excellent details. I know longer have to clamber underneath dwellings.
Saves time & provides valuable information. The support from the Techmatics team - Ravi Sanyal - has been brilliant.

For anyone who undertakes work/inspections, where confined spaces are an issue to safely access and inspect, then the robot is the ideal tool to use. Simple and easy to use. Ravi is easy to communicate with, and looks after the servicing and upgrades for my robot, which I have had now for more than 2 years. Highly recommend.
