★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I searched around all of Nelson area and stayed at lots of different price points and I'm so surprised I found this place in motueka. Nicest lady ever greeted me. Sign in was seamless. No weird attitudes like most hotels around nelson. I think they lived in the front house so I felt really safe staying alone. Only hotel I've seen so far with a useful little hotplate in the kitchen bit. Carpets and bed looked new. There's a carpark for the room too. It has to be the best stay in motueka around this price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed 3 nights at this GREAT motel on the main drag in Motueka. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and refurbished. HEAPS of room. Great little patio with outdoor setting to enjoy the evenings. Use of BBQ was excellent. The rooms were also serviced daily which we didn't really need. The units are not expensive and are EXCELLENT value for money. Very nice owners too. Overall we highly recommend this motel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is exceptional. Incredibly friendly staff. The room was amazing value for money - absolutely spotless, modern and fully equipped with high quality whiteware and appliances. Every small detail was thought of. Very impressed, one of the best motels I've ever stayed at.
