Our experience with ABC as the seller of a company can be summed up by our broker’s own words on a Thursday: ‘Sorry, I meant to get this to you on Friday’.
From the first moment on it was overpromise and underdeliver. The communication was frustrating for more than one reason. Either because of the lack of it, or because it felt rushed. We had to keep chasing our agent for information and progress and it left us wondering if he follows up buyer enquiries.
Adding to the frustration was the ambiguous agreement terms and advertising package. We were required to sign a 3-month agreement, and have paid for an advertising package at the same time. A month into the ad campaign our agent informed us that our newspaper advertising budget has now all run out. The wording of the advert also kept changing without us getting any notification, let alone our approval. We were frustrated by this, especially as the last version did not reflect the business we were trying to sell. We had only one update on the number of enquiries and that was because we were pushing for it.
In the end we made the switch to another agency. The difference is massive in quality of service and communication.
The only positive we could say is that they were polite and friendly when communication did occur.

Towards the end of our tenancy, she tried to bully us into paying more rent, yelled and threatened us for issues that were her fault. She never accepted any responsibility for her mistakes and behaved in the most unprofessional manner possible.
To anyone interested, please contact me. I am happy to provide details and evidence for what I have said.
Times she behaved unprofessionally:
Hid from potential new tenants that there is a water leakage problem causing mould to grow.
Called us to the final inspection after we had left the property only to tell us she would send us an email. She was required to bring the bond release form but she intentionally did not bring it. She was yelling when I mentioned this (I have this in a recording)
She manufactured false reasons to deduct from our bond amount
Sent a threat over text thinking I had not paid rent even though I had
Cancelled the final inspection even though it it was her mistake and then said that we need to pay extra fee and more rent because of that
Ignored any maintenance issues. I sent her an email which she ignored for several months
Not carrying out regular property inspections as she was supposed to. No maintenance or inspection was done for over a year.
