ABOUT THE COMPANY
Since its inception, it evolved to have its services to focus on full resource/ building consent design in order to develop alongside the ever-growing Auckland market. Now the majority of work that is undertaken by Measure and Draw is extension and renovation based design and consent work for the residential market. We understand the diversity of our clientele and each individual, family and business are tailored for precisely as we develop a foundation of reliance and communication with them.

I am blown away for not only the expectation on deadlines but how responsive and supportive the team at measure and draw have been to complete my building consent. They took on this job knowing there was a lot of work involved and I had previously been let down by an architect who did not do what I wanted. A personal thanks again and would strongly recommend to anyone!!

This company has mucked me around for over a year with no progress made on my project. As I've been reading through other reviews, it is clear to see my job has been one of the many that have been pushed aside in order for them to sign up other jobs just to get money from people! Finding out myself that many of the companies employees had quit working for Brendan Bulter such as Chris Grimshaw, Ayah El-ghalayini and many others as there seems to be very little knowledge in management and organisation within the company. Have tried to get a hold of Brendan himself but refuses to be contacted and has his number forwarded to another company. Even now when i call up the council to get the information needed for them to continue the project, they tell me their very busy and will get to it as soon as they can.
This is highly unacceptable and clearly prioritise the projects that have the most benefit for Brendan! Not once has he contacted me with info relating to whats been happening with my job since the very start and still no contact when i try to get in touch with him. This is clearly an undeveloped company with false claims on their website that they take care of their clients when they clearly don't!! BE WEARY IF USING THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR PROJECTS AS THEY WILL TAKE YOU FOR A RIDE GIVEN THE CHANCE. CLEARLY A MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY WITH POOR WORK PRACTICES!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have recently had a new deck built on the second story of our house. Measure and Draw were good with communication and very responsive. The deck made it through council requirements and we are now able to enjoy a wine in the sun! Would use again if we had the need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chris came out last November and provided a quote within a few days. My wife and I decided that Measure and Draw were a good fit for our renovation project in Mt Eden. We had a successful Resource and Building Consent application and our builders are now working on site. Measure and Draw are still assisting with our builders. Great company will be recommending in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I also had a negative experience with this company. There are great with the upfront communications and getting the work underway. However, when council came back with some questions relating to some bracing, the company advised that the engineer had to redesign everything (from a wood solution to a steel solution) - which didn't address the council's question and would have caused massive project overruns. The company is very difficult to deal when problem arises and I had to find my own solution which was eventually adopted and approved by the council.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience which costed me more money. Our point of contact was Chris. They basically contract students to draft plans. They made lassy mistakes and they were incredibly slow to a point that the project was delayed due to one of this students not showing up at work. The other person in charge took months on holidays without notifying us. They stopped the project at their laisure. My wife had to show up at their office to warn them that she was going to sue them. Due to their delays we end up selling in a quieter market. I estimate a loss of $100,000.
