★ ★ ★ ★ ★ John is the most unfriendly person and refuses to provide invoices despite it being $250 per month. I traveled all the way from Waiheke with my car that is expensive to access the container and I couldn't even open it the hinges were so stiff. Completely wasted trip and money and John couldn't of cared less. Now threatened to evict even though I'm paid up for the month and have paid close to $2000 so far. I will reporting John to my Insurance and other appropriate agencies.
