β β β β β Both Bill and Annabel were professional and helpful from the very beginning. I am an investor from Wellington who purchases blocks of units to renovate and then subdivide and on-sell individually. While never having even been to Invercargill, Bill and Annabel were able to make things much easier for me and went out of their way, on a weekend I must add, to see the property I was interested in and gathered plenty of information on its current condition and ability to be subdivided, which made my decision easy. In addition, they advised me on the area and have told me that they are always there for me, should I require their assistance again, which I will certainly keep in mind. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for any kind of resource consent assistance in Invercargill.
