★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed that he did not keep to his word. When purchasing was told the glass won't shatter & it won't leak any problems within 6months bring it in & he will replace it. Thought this was great service till I took in, to which he said it's glass of course it will break and it's $10 to replace so not a big deal. Don't say you will replace to make a sale if you have no intentions of doing so

She tried to understand what we need before recommending anything. Very easy to deal with and made us feel welcome and comfortable in the lovely shop. She also gave us some free gift and they are very handy!!!!! Will definitely come back again and thank you so much for your help and patience. My partner loves his new e cigarette so much.
