★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this business! Appalling customer service, I enquired via their web about a spare key i needed (blade cut, remote and transponder). Their website has no option to upload images (as some of their competitors do) however I did provide my Rego, car model and key code. Got a quote two days after from the director, then was emailed by an employee however at any point was I asked in their communication to clarify anything and they seemed pretty confident in what they were dealing with (I repeated my requirement itemised on my second email).
I had an appointment today and they took a while to look after me, once they came they seemed already prepared to tell me no (two people came together). They looked at it and said it would be much more expensive and that it was "bad information". From you I said! Not, from you was their reply.
I expressed the above mentioned experience, and they said its a proximity key not a remote! Not only I have a remote for my car but also they expect you to know the exact jargon they use, totally unprofessional and not helpful at all! Terrible customer service skills. I lost a whole hour and a half driving to their shop, explaining they never enquired nor verified what I needed but they couldn't care less.
Will never ever go back to these people for absolutely anything and you shouldn't either.
I ended up visiting a much helpful shop in town, not only I got an appointment and everything was done quickly and efficiently, but also was cheaper than Access Locks' original quote!
Unless you like to waste time, stay away and refrain from doing business with them, otherwise triple check they understood what you want.
