★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased 90x clear plastic ID pouches. Some of them had manufacturing defects such as paper/cardboard glued to the pouches and a pouch that did not open at all. I sent 2 emails to advise and have not had a reply after 10 days.
Very disappointing. Order #1325

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really impressed with the speed of delivery during Level 3, however the incorrect product was sent. Tried contacting via email and via website but no response. Has been well over a week of silence. Can't contact via phone to discuss. No response means I have to go and buy the exact same thing elsewhere. Waste of time and money.
