★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Store management refused my request for a replacement item when I said it was faulty, the manager was dismissive of my opinion and more worried about his ability to get a refund from the manufacturer if he honored his obligations to me re the consumers guarantees act. I am a account holder and I will not be returning whilst the store is under its current management. As a side note: I contacted another retailer and apparently the product in question has had a string of failures recently, something Aaron may have found out if he looked into it, Only posting with 1 start as it won't let me put 0. Very poor leadership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is extremely poor and slow when the manager and some staff have personal friends visit them in the shop, which is very frequently. I found that what would often take a couple of hours to organise at Active, the other suppliers get done in 10 minutes. 2 stars for the couple of staff members with a sense of business and efficiency.
