I needed some cable between Christmas and New Year and I called and to my surprise the phone was answered even though they were closed is it was a public holiday. The man was so helpful and offered come in and meet me at the location so I could pick the cable up.
That was amazing, not expected and hugely helpful is it allowed me to get a decent job done over the holiday.
The service was friendly in the price seemed very reasonable.
