β β β β β Last year I herniated two discs in my spine - the physical pain and disability was challenging! Drugs and bed rest had left me low and unfit for the everyday business of work. Monique's expertise as a physiotherapist and acupuncturist meant that she was able to build my strength and restore my mobility very quickly, using a mixture of needles, traction and gentle exercises for home. Monique has a very measured and focused demeanor - her skillful and considered approach to my physical (and emotional) well being was always delivered with kindness, and a plan. When I had made significant progress, she informed me that i didn't need to come anymore - and since that time I have had no recurrent problems.

She's my first port of call for any illness or injury because of her combined knowledge as an acupuncturist and physiotherapist. She's helped manage an under active thyroid condition and I've managed to stay off synthetic drugs. If I'm feeling tired or run down a visit to Monique gets me feeling better after one session. She's become an essential part of my health and wellbeing.
