★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic covered bus shelter for those who want to catch the #1 bus to Island Bay, #4 to Owhiro Bay. It has three full glass walls, a part glass wall and a long wooden bench seat to sit on to rest your legs should you be early for the bus.
Should it be raining when you want to catch the bus you can shelter here. Covered bus stops for those waiting for the buses heading south are few and far between Newtown and Island Bay.
