I'm so glad I got an opportunity to do this with an Isha Hatha Yoga teacher.
The program was fantastic!
Bimbisara was very understanding and detail oriented. He guided me through the program every step of the way with enormous skill and patience.
I'm looking forward to doing more programs with him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Surya Shakthi Yoga session was very exciting. Feels so different from the day to day life's existential experience. Takes you to a different level.
Session was very well presented with introduction, demonstration, with a step by step visualization, practice with corrections and finally rest.
The location is awesome with the sea breeze and the venue's ambience is energizing and positively charged.

After listening to Sadhguru and Practicing Yogasanas (and recently Surya Kriya) with Bimbisara Anna I felt so lucky to have this incredible tool (Yoga) within me. I am one of the evidence of what Yoga does to your life if you practice everyday. There is no words that can explain the importance of this magnificent tool.
