Zumba is my favourite class but having the toning and cardio during the week gives you balanced exercising options. I feel like I have another family now - my Zumba family

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love these classes as Giz is an awesome instructor. There's lots of variety, and options for varying fitness levels so I would recommend to anyone. The best part is how fun Giz makes the classes and having a few laughs makes it feel like you're not having to work hard at all (but you are!). I've been going for 7 years now and I intend to be still going when I'm 100!

The instructor is a professional in dance and fitness with obviously years of experience. She manages to get a good workout out of everyone no matter what fitness level they are.... And the classes are probably the most affordable I've seen.
Highly recommended!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely incredible Zumba and fitness classes! It has such a great vibe. It’s fun, light hearted, but does the job and gets the heart rate up. Everyone is made to feel welcome, including those at different fitness levels. You never feel singled out or feel ashamed. A lot of this comes down to the most amazing instructor Giz. She is so enthusiastic and encouraging, and giving off those positive vibes will have you enjoy fitness almost instantly! Highly recommend ?
