She was immediately approachable, friendly and easy to get along with, and has been absolutely amazing to deal with. She has made the process of having my accounts done simple. Also, giving me very clear guidance on how to record my finnacnial information over the year helped to ensure eveything was simple once it was time to file.
Without the help from Jo, I would have had much financial stress, but instead she helped me to be able to simply focus on running my business.
I would extensivey recommend Jo to anyone whom like me, is starting to set up their own small little business and wants to take out the stress and workload that comes with sorting out accounts :)
