Leanna is not only helping me to recover after my car accident she is also supporting my 9 year old daughter in her recovery. BIA team have gone above and beyond to fit me into appointments. The team are attentive, very knowledgeable and extremely supportive and take a personal interest in your general well being. They always go the extra mile of trying different techniques to suit your individual needs and provide helpful advice. The environment is very friendly and professional from waiting in reception through to the end of every appointment. They have an excellent customer service approach, offer flexible appointment times and treat clients with great respect alongside high quality treatment. I highly recommend this fantastic team of amazing, caring physiotherapists to help you get back your life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Leanna and her team are totally awesome and I can't recommend them highly enough. Sarah treated me first with excellent diagnosis, treatment and follow up and I was 'back in action' in a short space of time after we hit a pot hole in the car and 'crunched' my neck and shoulders. Then after a fall Leanna looked after me and was totally professional, caring and accommodating even taking time to come to my gym to help me with the appropriate exercises. My issue was complex and required a full range of treatment options and appreciated the lengths Leanna went to to easee my pain. My son has also had ongoing back issues as a builder and she continues to monitor his progress through regular checks and treatment. If you are looking for a great physio try BIA they are awesome???

In hindsight she paced my treatment well to what I could achieve at each stage. Personable and proficient. Kelly at reception was also very supportive in my recovery process. Recommended!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wanted to thank Rachael, for the professional treatment I received to rebuild my shoulder after a fracture. Racheal treated my whole body, as it was a fall which caused the break. I loved this wholistic approach, she was very gentle, but wow, I felt the impact later in the day. I am using my Left shoulder and arm more than I have in years. I appreciate her calm, positive and friendly manner. Thanks BIA especially Rachael!
