It is 22 March 2022 and I still havent heard back about our refund from 17 December 2021, can you please answer one of my emails

β β β β β The park is great, great staff real fun. However the amenities are terrible. Also the inflatables need better/more handles and more ladders and plastic to get up. Some only had one handle to get up on. Also the blob does not work well. I thought the end would be anchored down. The wind makes it that you can't use it sometimes. The platform for it is hard to get on. The whole time I was there I think I only saw 3 people use it, yet a lot of people waiting around it. So all in all it's real good just small things can be better.

β β β β β Great fun for the kids and adults .. spent the whole day there with the kids. The only down side was
1. Toilets were stank lol
2. And there's very limited shade.
You also need to take your own food.
Other than that. Definitely worth the money.

β β β β β The kids has a great time and the price was fair. Staff were friendly.
The Glamping Accommodation " We offer a luxury camping" is misleading. Loud music at times not suitable for little ears.
Clean bedding was provided in the tents and the cabin. Solar lights / torches had to be asked for twice as there was none that worked if they were there at all. Other than that there was nothing in accommodation except old chairs ,old beds and hammocks.
One tent could not be locked as the security lock had no batteries and apparently had beer dumped in it by previous campers.
Floors and counter surfaces had not been cleaned recently.
Toilet was the best part, hot water, lights and one shower all good. Kitchen had no hot water but was adequate.
Accommodation location and privacy perfect.

β β β β β Unfortunately this is not a great review, we have been to adrenaline park a couple of times and thought we'd try out the glamping for my sons birthday we stayed 1night in one of the dome tents for 200dollars and unfortunately our glamping experience wasnt so glamorous.
When we walked in to our tent it smelt really musty and moldy, it wasnt an inviting smell, the wall had green and black mold around it and large brown stains right beside the beds, we also had a leak in our dome which saturated the head of the bed so we had to sleep at the other end of it. We also couldn't see out the screen window to enjoy the view because it was so dusty and had been tagged on. The curtains were also hung up by zipties which was very hory looking. On top of that there was no hot water and the solar light wasnt working as i think it had been on allday and used up all its charge so we all had cold showers in the dark under torchlight. The lamp provided in our room also wasnt working.
The park is very run down and really needs some attention. The place we went to does not look like the place i saw on the website. To add to the list The grass is overgrown in places, Basketball connect four isnt the one shown on website and the trampoline is ripped to shreds, i think they either need to update their website or update their facilities. I think if this is what we get for the 200 anight it should at least include the obsticle course aswell..This place could be amazing if a bit more TLC went into it.

β β β β β Great place for kids and adults alike. Fun was had by all. Would be great for some team building. The negative is that there are only 2 toilets, and they need upgrading. No change rooms and washbasin on the outside had no soap.
