★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointing. Had to wait in for 3 days for a simple job as the problem was not corrected on the first visit. On the second day plumber didn't turn up at all. The price for parts was significantly higher than we were led to believe despite asking for clarity on this before fitting. Won't use again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wasn't made aware at the time of booking that there would be a callout fee and a site establishment fee to quote on a job, especially given there was no quote done as I was advised the job was outside their scope of work. The invoice was subsequently voided but the situation could have been avoided if this was advised in advance.
