★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booking the job was great and straight forward. Install was great, installer was prepared and qualified, customer oriented. The issue came when it was time to pay the invoice. The "Fergus" system they used only took specific bank credit cards only. I have a standard overseas credit card that is used daily for my business and personal life. The system powered by Fergus would not let the payment go through which took four days to get an answer from them. There was no issues with the credit card, it was valid and ready to use but we had to use a card that Fergus would accept which caused some issues from an accounting point of view.... Other that that, IPlumber did a great job overall. Four stars would have be five stars for this project if it the invoice would have been allowed to be paid on time via credit card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couple of weeks ago, we had an unexpected pipe burst from bathroom at night and flooded over to my bedrooms.
Iplumbers have been very supportive and responsive. They came at night within 15 minutes of my first phone call and fixed it in 5 minutes.
Excellent customer service.

So when my kitchen reno started at a moments notice and I had to get someone to cut off the water etc so I immediately gave them a call.
They attended same day and when everything was ready to be hooked back up they responded promptly.
Thoroughly professional and friendly tradesmen.
I highly recommend iPlumber to anyone I know that needs plumbing or gas services. Thanks for the excellent service.

His thorough work found the small gas leak that only I could smell under my gas hob. Feeling so much better now I'm not breathing in the gas. Will definitely use again and recommend to others.
