About Advanced Recovery Acupuncture and Physiotherapy
Jason aims to find an individualised recovery plan for his clients that is achievable. He enjoys building a great relationship with his clients which allows him to best understand them and their needs as they return to full fitness.
He graduated from AUT with a Bachelors in Physiotherapy. He has worked in private practice treating a variety of musculoskeletal conditions with a special interest in treating shoulder, lower back and knee injuries. He has been the team physiotherapist for the Manurewa Marlins Rugby League Club and Ellerslie Eagles Rugby League Club. He enjoys using a hands-on approach combining education, strength and conditioning, mobilisations, and soft tissue techniques.
Since graduating Jason has become a level 1 kettlebell instructor, completed a certificate in Dry Needling and is currently completing his Mulligan Concept certification.
