โ โ โ โ โ Poor triage system, no priorty to toddlers. bad communication between nurse and front desk.very casual behaviour.had to wait for 1.5 hours in car park before nurse called to see (same experience on 2 separate visits). If the wait time is 45 minutes they should atleast book you in before starting from home , not after arriving in car park. Poor excuses for slow service, dog ate my homework

โ โ โ โ โ The admin staff here is quite expert in providing negligence, ignorance and third-grade service!! They have no idea of how clinics and processes work.. Very much experts in creating mess whether its booking an appointment, follow up or any basic thing!! They will never say sorry for their mistakes but for every little request for extra service will end up in getting a rule book answer, which they will never follow.

โ โ โ โ โ I wish there was a option for 0 star. They donโt deserve to be called doctors. The worst medical centre I have ever seen. They let me wait in my car for 2 hours and when I called them there response was to wait another half an hour. Gate guy, reception guy all of them are useless and unprofessional.
I strongly donโt recommend this clinic to anyone. A bad name on Newzeland health system.
Please come up with a gud response to this review not like your reception guy that I gave the wrong number. I know my number and I know how to write it down.
Really really bad experience I was suffering from stomach pain and they did this to me. What kind of doctors are they.

โ โ โ โ โ Pure NEGLIGENCE! I am editing this review as I have just scrolled down and it appears that I am not to only one to experience an appalling, degrading, and unprofessional encounter with disgusting RICHARD POWELL. Why/how does this person have a medical license...?
I would give 0 stars if I could. The "Dr" Richard was the most pathetic excuse for a doctor I have ever come across. The nurse was not much better, to be honest. She blatantly lied to the doctor saying that I have been stressed out because of my job working at a hotel. She said something else very strange too, but I was taken aback by the first comment. I work within the legal sphere, so I have no idea where she pulled this fanciful hotel idea from? The 'doctor' RICHARD POWELL literally said to me, "You are young and look healthy. You must be fine". He actually said those exact words to me! I couldn't believe it! I would not have even attended here; my regular surgery is closed on weekends and public holidays, so my partner eventually persuaded me to because I was so, so unwell. After this 'doctor' said this to me he walked out of the room, thus ending the visit. Not a single test was taken. He didn't even test me or suggest that I get tested for COVID! An extremely expensive 3 minutes of absolute carelessness, after waiting for a substantive amount of time. I attended Greenlane 2 days later as I had obviously not improved, and had actually deteriorated. I was examined, had tests taken, and was diagnosed with the virus (COVID) and a bladder infection. I have spoken to my regular doctor who has informed me that I can proceed with a formal complaint and that he has heard complaints about this RICHARD POWELL before. It must be an ongoing issue. I will definitely be pursuing further action. The receptionists also need an attitude check. This whole centre should be completely avoided, in my opinion, due to how completely unprofessional everyone who works there is.

โ โ โ โ โ I'm surprised that the people's gave such a negative ratings and feedback below. I was so happy seeing all the nurses and the front desk staff being so polite and look after you and deeply care for you.
Specially Janice (nurse) who tweek the treatment a little bit for my quick recovery based on her 35+years of experience and she being very helpful, I don't know weather I spelled it correctly but she was the most experiencedone. On top it Rebecca, Helen and Alice was also very supportive and helpful during my treatment.
Even my wife is also a medical receptionist and she always says that patients mostly being grumpy and rude to the front desk and always leave with the smile after seeing the doctor which clearly shows the graph like 1 star reception and 5 stars to the doctor.
But I rate 5 stars to the reception too.
Undoubtedly this is the best health practice in Auckland.
100% satisfactory ?

โ โ โ โ โ I have been going to Three Kings Accident and Medical as my GP for a few years now. I have seen different nurses and doctors and all have been very professional, helpful and kind. I have recently been seen by Dr Christopher Pang who has always made me feel safe and comfortable in my visits, taking the time to understand my situation and being very thorough in follow ups. Other members of my family go here and have all had positive experiences with doctors and nurses. I would definitely recommend this practice.
