β β β β β STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They use cold-calling and hard-sell tactics to force you to sign contracts without full disclosure of information, they will not accept any variations to contracts which they deceptively pull you into, and then they charge the earth for services which you can easily find elsewhere at much lower rates. They then proceed to aggressively threaten you with legal action if you fail to pay according to their terms. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY INTO YOUR OFFICE, THEY ARE NOT A LEGAL OFFICE BUT A DEBT COLLECTION AGENCY

"It is patently obvious that they do not value your βexpertiseβ, or lack of it, highly enough, to bother paying your accounts"
Guess that's what they think of their clients who use their services to recover unpaid accounts!!??
SAFE TO SAY WE WILL NEVER USE AEL AGAIN!
Email from Wal:
AEL values its clients.
It also values companies who read the documents they sign and are aware of the implications.
Those such as yourselves who claim back the purchase price of a product , when quite clearly they have no right to do so, are not clients we seek.
AEL has no desire to represent any of those who use your services.
It is patently obvious that they do not value your βexpertiseβ, or lack of it, highly enough, to bother paying your accounts.
I would however, be very careful what you say to anyone about AEL.
Bear in mind that we will sue in a heartbeat.
