★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked my Property Manager, Collette Reardon, from the first viewing of the rental property whereby she was friendly while remaining professional. Further communications via phone and email with Collette have been the same. All communication has been timely with every step of the tenancy process explained to me in a clear way. Collette was part of my consideration process in accepting the property I have rented. I feel comfortable and trusting having Collette as my Property Manager which is important when renting a home. I can't speak highly enough of Collette as a Property Manager.

After dealing with about 10 or more agents trying to find a rental. Collette went above and beyond with great communication throughout, making the application process very personable so that you weren't just a bit of paper to hand of to the landlord.
