★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in advance for a month and have been told I would get refunded as removed all my items from storage, fast prompt reply at the start of contact and then they dropped off the planet and are not answering calls or emails. They did not call or email me in regard to security matters either. Containers can be hacked easily. Not good and trailers mainly there for "show" purposes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a shame that this company is not up front and honest with their customers. Would not reccomend ever. My furniture was moved out of there on the 2nd of Sept 2020 and I am in Tauranga and I am being charged for the facility until they get their swipe card back. That is absolutely unacceptable!!!!! NOTHING LIKE SHAFTING PEOPLE IN THE MIDST OF A PANDEMIC AND ENTERING INTO A RECESSION!!!!!

The layout makes sure there is proper drainage of rain, the doors are secured and can have your own lock or bought lock to keep your stuff safe, security gate at the front only accessed by a key card that works for your unit. Small units or car sized units available for moving needs for hire.

Looks like thr place could do with some sprucing up the paving is dirty and mouldy (needs a mould treatment and a clean) and it's a bit dirty around the place needs a water blast. The bathroom is pretty grotty. Like I said it's storage but seems like the owner is running thr place down rather than keeping it spic and span
