β β β β β Thank you very much! Mabel felt much better after a few hours. Albeit expensive, I appreciate a service like this being available at all hours. Sonia on the desk seems a little bit mad. But the rest of the service was seamless.

β β β β β I took my 10 year old Shepherd here in January 2022 with what turned out to be a ruptured spleen. Kerry in reception was brilliant, knowledgeable and empathetic.
Ngaire the Vet spoke to me within minutes of assessing our boy. She took her time explaining what was wrong with him and gave me all the options with no judgement attached to any of them.
I instantly trusted her abilities and knew he was in the best possible hands.
We opted for surgery and although he came through it well, we sadly lost him two days later. I want to stress that this was not through any error or wrongdoing on the vets behalf, but just due to the possible complications that can occur.
The follow up calls I had from Ngaire (who was genuinely as gutted as I was) really helped cement my respect for her. She again answered all my questions and explained things in a way I could understand them.
Thankyou Ngaire.

β β β β β Receptionist/point of contact person was abrupt, condescending and unhelpful. We waited for 2.5 hours in our car with our dog that was post operation by 9 days and had been vomiting for 4 days. After 2.5 hours we asked where he was in the queue, to be told she didnβt know and couldnβt tell us when he would be seen. The only reason you would take your dog to this clinic would be if he was at risk of imminent death or had eaten chocolates or grapes otherwise the service at this clinic is the same as A&E for humans!!

β β β β β Very grateful for the fast service and follow-up after an episode my elderly cat Muffin had early this morning. Ngaire and the team were very friendly and quick to action. They took bloods and let me know the outcome within a couple of hours. Thank you!

β β β β β After our dog suffered an unprovoked attack and blood coming from the back of his neck we took him straight in for attention. The vet (young girl β donβt know her name) took a look and found one hole. She provided an injection and course of antibiotics for three days. We paid the bill and were provided a receipt. We requested an invoice/statement so that we could see what we were paying for. Apparently this could not be done at the counter and we agreed that it could be emailed to us. We headed home thinking about the experience and thought it strange that there was only one hole and only 3 days of antibiotics. When we got home, sure enough, we found another large hole approx. 50mm from the one that she had found. We visited our own trusted vet and were advised that it was unremarkable for there to be a pair of holes from a dogβs bite and that they would have taken a virtuous look for a second hole. Additionally, we were advised that three days of antibiotics was too short for dog bite wounds and should be more like 7-10 days plus additional anti-inflammatory pills and pain-killers. We still havenβt received the invoice/statement after 4 weeks. We paid what we consider to be a premium price for less than premium service.

β β β β β Pooch got a grass seed in the ear, took him there Saturday afternoon.
Both the nurses and the vet were great, accommodating and informative.
A bit of a wait, then he was inspected, sedated and seed removed. Consult was $195 but the procedure was less so happy all round, would recommend.

β β β β β I am so thankful for this vet clinic being here for me and Frankie today.
Frankie, my rat, had a sudden lump appear (literally within hours) and the team was wonderful. Yes, the price was steep, but in my opinion, it was worth it to see a vet so quickly and efficiently on a weekend. Thatβs what emergency savings are for. I was a bit embarrassed since I was uncontrollably bawling my eyes out (and was concerned people would think, βitβs just a ratβ), but that wasnβt an issue. Everyone there was compassionate and understanding. Itβs also great to know if there are any issues for rats, we have a place to go for emergencies.
