★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite staff being out sick and the restrictions in place due to covid I had a great experience here. When I booked the staff were friendly and patiently explained the very reasonable steps in place to ensure animals and folks are safe which I appreciate greatly. The employees were all respectful and made our first visit feel like a safe place to visit, a great way to introduce my puppy to the vet. Our vet Deb was efficient and explained the checks she was making and advised me with useful tips to continue to care for my puppy
