★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A great park for dog walking. Great off leash park for friendly dogs. It's not the sports park it once was but a dog park is a great use for the green space. The parks original name was the South Pond, to represent what it once was, the southern pond, a breading ground for seahorses and Elephant fish.
