★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a Daiken installed with Air Accent Systems. Their sales guy 'Roger', installation team and sparky were super polite and professional. The system itself 'Cora' is amazing, super quiet, and looks great. Would recommend Daiken and Air Accent Systems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our LG air conditioner which is about 8 years old stopped blowing cold air and so I called Air Accent and spoke with Ken (one of the owners because their admin lady was away sick) who was very helpful and a really nice guy and he booked a technician to find out what the problem was. Christopher came over and WOW was I so impressed with this guy. So knowledgeable, reliable (was there 15 mins early), well presented, friendly, passionate about what he does and the advice we got was so helpful. He found the problem (a gas leak) and fixed it. It looks like we will probably need to invest in a new air conditioner in the near future & we know exactly who will be installing it. Thank you Air Accent for the exceptional service and I believe Christopher deserves either a bonus or a pay rise. I will not hesitate to recommend your company to my family and friends. The administrator was friendly and helpful, the overall service was great; but their pricing and the way that they quote for services is in the upper level of the repair service market.
