★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mike and team have been consistently awesome - they have provided eradication services for us at least three times, over the last three and half years (our situation of providing accommodation for visitors means we are ongoingly vulnerable to re-infestation) - and have also been available to provide helpful advice when we need it. They really have a lot of practical knowledge about the issues they need to deal with - plus they are always friendly and helpful, going well out of their way to provide reliable effective service.
