★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On our last cruise, we stopped in Akaroa, NZ on October 18 .2019 and visited some of the Princess recommended stores and actually purchased 4 sweaters from the Woolworx store. The one sweater was beautiful and warm so my wife wore it back to the ship. The store did not have the other sweaters in stock so the clerk/owner told us she would get the products from another store and send them to us at our address in Austin, TX. We received one of the sweaters in November but wondered about the other two sweaters. After three weeks I contacted my bank to make certain all the charges had gone through and were paid in full. Next, I contacted the store and after some email exchanges they refused to send the sweaters saying that we must have carried them out of the store. When we were in the store it was raining outside and we walked back to the ship so we did not want to carry any packages. Our two friends who also live in Austin, TX were with us and none of us were carrying packages back to the Ship. I have sent pictures of the sweater that we received as well as communication from our friends who also purchased a sweater and still the store owners refuse to send our sweaters.
It is not possible for us return to the store and so we have decided to ask them for compensation for the sweaters or for help in receiving the sweaters. We had purchased these sweaters for our daughters Christmas gifts but we would be happy to receive the sweaters (albeit late) or else the money we paid for the sweaters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful shop with superb online/email/phone customer service! This is a fantastic place to discover woolen/possum clothing if you have arrived on a cruise ship.
I requested by email woolen/possum items on March 11. Two weeks later, I was amazed to find them delivered in Australia, despite NZ being lockdown and despite them not receiving any payment prior to shipping! This is truly a customer oriented service.
