★ ★ ★ ★ ★ AAA++++ Highly Recommended. The team at Albany Florist are the best Auckland has to offer. They go over and beyond for me and I can honestly say I have only had positive experiences of which I have never received from other florist. There are so many florist to choose from, but Albany Florists quality of flowers and customer service is unchallenged. I have ordered from them every month for the last 2 years and they continue to impress me. I need to add I have not been the easiest customer but I always leave feeling looked after.

I made an order over the phone as I needed a quick arrangement of flowers within 30 minutes and they were more than willing to sort that out for me without problem. I asked for white roses and gave them the freedom to choose the rest (paper, ties, other flowers). The end product was incredible and I was so pleased!
Definitely will be coming back again :)

Overall: pleasant phone manner, well priced for sizing (as well as free delivery).
