They didn't have what we needed but the guy told us to come back on Saturday and they would rip-cut a couple of pieces of larger wood for us. Went back on Saturday and the Manager said "No, we aren't going to do that! They shouldn't have told you that....we don't have the time! " What lousy customer service. It would have taken him 5 minutes and we had waited all week for this!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely loud, they start at 7am, impossible to sleep because of them! Totally inconsiderate for the residents around them! I wonder why council has given them licence to operate and create this crazy loud noise every day especially so early in the mornings!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally inconsiderate for the neighbourhood. Making loud noises sometimes from 5:30 am and from evening to the middle of night. Impossible to work from home without wearing a headphone during daytime. The whole house is shaking because of heavy machinery. Really don’t understand why they are allowed to operate so close to the residential area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now 11:52pm, several road rollers are still operating in their place, cause low frequency vibration noice made resonance of my house. I called noise control they said they already issue $500 fine there was nothing they can do more; I called police, police asked me to call noise control. Tonight is my most helpless moment in New Zealand.
