★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice easy tracks to walk Long. Can't believe you're in the city, especially in the middle of Suburbia when wandering through here!! Tracks can get a bit slippery when it's raining or just rained and you have to watch out for tangled roots as you walk. Can imagine it being a great track to learn to mountain bike on and get used to the terrain. I can also imagine my last dog would have LOVED the mix of open spaces, bush walking with streams, rivers and ponds + waterfall to play in. I wouldn't recommend human swimming however, quite shallow oozing with moss and green slimes water.. Low fitness level needed only. Great way to get strength and fitness back into my legs after I was bedridden in hospital for close to 2 months and had to walk again due to the illness I had, once released from hospital this short then gradually longer walk build all leg, hip and glute muscles up well. Also I've used the walking tracks for after recovery of other longterm hospital stays.. it gets me back up and running in hardly any time. When the sun is shining on a beautiful day, the bush track becomes a great spot for abstract nature photography if you dabble in this particular artform. Quite a lovely hidden Northshore Gem ? ?.
