Training with Brianna I have seen a dramatic change in my physical health and mental wellbeing, my workout plans are well designed taking into consideration my lifestyle and tailored specifically to my goals. Brianna understands my goals and develops plans to suit them constantly evolving each phase making each workout challenging and exciting! The one-to-one training sessions are amazing Brianna is incredibly knowledgable and able to adapt workouts to suite in the moment as well as being supremely engaging and motivational.

I have suffered for many years with hip and lower back pain due to bad posture and an old injury but thanks to my training routine this has greatly improved. I had never had a personal trainer before but I would highly recommended Align. They are very supportive and work with you to over come any issues or problems you may have. I train remotely through Zoom and wouldn't have got through lockdown without them. Brilliant. Thank you Align!
