We are a members only gym, aimed at users who understand and value the importance of using the right equipment to get the job done effectively and efficiently.
All of our resistance equipment is Body Solid and has been designed and custom modified to enable you to not only target specific muscles groups but also to isolate each side of the body, allowing for a truly balanced and symmetrical physical development.
All of our cardio equipment is Life Fitness.

Renegade Fitness has all the gym equipment you need + more, no crowds, plenty of space, showers and you even get to choose the music.
The owner is lovely, is quite often onsite and it's efficient at answering texts/phone calls.
