After our in depth consultations, Helen prescribed me with a number of customised herbal remedies (and continued ongoing support). My initial scepticism was quickly brushed away when I started noticing results just after a week. Helen gathers information from you before you meet, so I felt like we really got the most out of our time in the appointment.
When I met with Helen I found her understanding and empathetic nature comforting as I was feeling pretty low at the time. She is professional, passionate, current and very knowledgeable.
I saw her postpartum to deal with a few different issues and she has been the hugest help with all of them. I’m already feeling the results after just a few months.
I’m so pleased to have found such a wonderful naturopath in the bay.
