I am a qualified physiotherapist, recently having joined the all about Health & Wellness team.
Helping people establish and achieve their goals is what drove me in to this profession, and pushes me to provide the best possible care tailored to each individual.
My passion has always been in private care physiotherapy but have also been trained in the tertiary, rehabilitation and community departments, contributing to an arsenal of different treatment techniques and skills.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came to see Paddy after struggling with my daughter Scarlett's eczema (age 3). We were getting nowhere and it felt like we were going round in circles, having to use steroid creams and antibiotics to temporarily treat her eczema, but it always came back within a few days. A friend recommended seeing Paddy, and it was the best thing we did for Scarlett!
After a consult, Paddy did a hair test and within a few weeks it came back with a list of things which Scarlett was reacting to. Under Paddy's guidance, we eliminated things from Scarlett's diet and started her on supplements to treat her gut and start healing.
Within two weeks, there was a noticeable difference to her skin and it wasn't so dry anymore. Within a month, most of the redness was gone and Scarlett wasn't so itchy all the time. Her mood and general wellbeing had improved dramatically, as well as her appetite, and so many people have commented on how much better Scarlett's skin looks now!
We are so thankful for Paddy's help as we were really struggling to get her eczema under control and Scarlett was miserable because of it. She is like a different kid now and we would undoubtedly recommend seeing Paddy if you are struggling with eczema too!
