β β β β β Nothing bad to say. We were always greeted with a smile. The rooms have very clean lines with a modern feel. The front desk clerk was very nice each time. The room service is by far the best I have ever received and the rooms were serviced to perfection. The staff helpful. We did get our money's worth as far as rate goes.

β β β β β Awesome service . The manager at the desk is such a polite respectful guy ...rooms are very tidy clean comfortable. Air con is the best. I'd stay here anyday. Also handy being right next door to the popular allenby park which my kids love to play at.

β β β β β No towels on arrival although supplied promptly by staff. Bed comfortable and good pillows. Had tea & coffee in room. Location okay. Not really my kind of place. Was booked by my company so I can't comment on value.

β β β β β Could be a really nice and handy place to stay in Auckland BUT . . . . . . .
Firstly they need to do some serious maintenance, carpets in hallways were filthy and stained, room was only marginally better. The lift needs attention, so slow it is ridiculous taking a full minute to go from ground to first floor (no choice but to use as I have mobility problems and stairs are out of the question)
One example at lack of cleaning - On arrival there was a bit of rubbish on the floor in the lift and when we left 3 days later that same piece of rubbish was still there.
Room was big enough but could have had a microwave oven, especially considering it was a "suite". Not worth the $170.00 a night I had to pay. ($510.00 for 3 night stay) Towels just thrown on the beds for days 2 and 3 instead of being put in bath area. Beds were not made but basically just "pulled up" the way kids do when they are told to make their beds. Cleaners are pretty so-so it seems and certainly could have been a lot better.
Hard to recommend. My advice - close the place for a couple of weeks, redo floor coverings and give the walls a good clean or paint.

β β β β β This is the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed at. Booked bed and breakfast, but breakfast was served cold every day. We were unable to the get hot milk for our coffee. Rooms aren't cleaned daily. You have to pay an extra charge for your room to be cleaned. Carpets are stained, walls are dirty, bathroom floors are disgusting and staff are not very helpful. Half of the lights weren't working in the room we stayed in. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The photos on there website are not a true reflection of the hotel. It is dirty, dirty, dirty

β β β β β Shower is really bad. The Heat pump did not work. The bathroom had cockroaches (big no no from me) Iβm sorry but just not good. The carpet needs to be changed as well!

β β β β β Good level of privacy. Secure parking right outside our room made it very convenient as we were on the move alot during our stay. Comfy beds and the room was very clean. Didn't like being woken up for house keeping tho. There's no "do not disturb" tags. Overall a good experience :)
