Everything was done carefully, proffesionally and furniture placed where we asked. After we unpacked our items, boxes and packing paper were collected from us to reuse/recycle.

Did not even bother to get in touch with us when the shipment was not going to delivered on the date they had given us. Took a day off work expecting delivery only for it not to turn up. Then had to wait a month. Customer service non existent. Got the impression they didn’t care.

Their agent I dealt with completely messed up our deal but wouldn't admit it even tho he did to me. I was so unhappy about what happened I rang the owner. Well what a complete plonker. He refused to listen to any reasoning, threatened to pull the plug on the house pack knowing that would land us in the poo with takeover day etc. He didn't care and even tho logic told the story he
refused to listen and was all threats and bravado, not a nice person to deal with at all. A real w***** to be honest. Wish I'd read reviews before I rang and booked them as I would never have used this company. The one star is for the hard working Packers only

Nothing at all was damaged and just about everything ended up in the right room at the other end, making unpacking easy as well. The total price was really good value and the move about as stressless as possible!
