To say it was a great experience is an understatement!
We couldn’t be happier with the professional experience we received throughout the entire process through out all stages from initial consult with Alex in sales, to the site visit lead by Andy and installation with Stefan and his team.
Their dedication to customer service has been out standing.
Communication with Hannah at head office continued the seamless service.
Right down to the hard work we saw from Stefan and his team on a 10hr install day shows exactly what’s involved to complete the job to a high standard.
Our home was treated with respect, the install team cleaned up as they went and vacuumed regularly throughout the day.
Leaving each area in our home clean and tidy on completion.
We consulted directly with the team
each step of the way over the 12 month planning period as we were incorporating the ducting in our home renovation.
The personal and professional service we received including product knowledge and technical information and guidance throughout the whole process helped us make the right choice of unit for our lifestyle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty terrible experience from start to finish with this company. Called and asked if they do repairs and they said yes, took my details and said someone will be in touch. After two weeks hearing nothing I give them another call to their call centre which get my name wrong, can't find my details and make me wait on hold for 10 minutes. They take my details and then say someone else will give me a call. So when it comes to the third call they take my details again (not sure why they needed them again after I gave them in the second call) and then tell me that actually they won't be able to come and repair my heat pump as they didn't do the install. Understandable policy but I wish I had not wasted 2 weeks of not having a heat pump and about half an hour in phone calls when I could have had that answer in 2 mins. Won't be dealing with this company again.

I would highly recommend this company - the salesman gave us a 'ballpark' figure for the work on his first visit (great!) and he was also able to give us a lot of information about the various products that the company deal with. The Airtouch4 control pad is fantastic! Management follow up after the work was completed meant that nothing was missed. A professional and smooth service from start to finish. Thanks guys.
