β β β β β After a bride had the service booked for her special day 2months in advance the company emails at 10pm the night before to cancel, absolutely horrible and really not good enough they knew for 2months and to not only cancel less than 24hrs before, the family were left to find transport for guests, I definitely wouldn't use them nor recommend, I'd hate for this to happen to someone else

β β β β β Alpha Buses are a unprofessional service. We attended a wedding in Fielding on 20 February where Alpha Buses cancelled THE NIGHT BEFORE THE WEDDING sighting over committed!!! This bus service was booked well in advance (a year in advance I understand) and the wedding party got less than 24 hours notice of cancellation. Our attendance to the wedding became disrupted as my husband was kind enough to be a van driver for guests as part of the vehicle replacement plan. Alpha Buses displayed the ultimate unprofessional service with no personal remorse of their actions. They deserve a zero for such poor service.
