★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Almost brand new set of three one-bedroom apartments. Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, and nicely furnished apartment. Accomodation is set on the hill above the lake behind the main town and so has great views over the lake and to surrounding mountains. Only partially blocked by house in front.
Behind the apartment is the golf course and open grassland.
The three units themselves are very close and out the back there is no privacy if anyone steps off the small deck, but inside is nice and private.
Starlight viewing is good in general anywhere in Tekapo, but due to bright white outdoor lighting on the units, it is poor in certain directions from the apartments if your neighbour leaves their lights on!
Also note 2019: There is a lot of construction noise happening while properties around it are being built so expect that until at least the end of the year

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ended up staying here after a really disappointing experience with another booking company, and these guys were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. I was so upset and angry about our previous place and called their office to see if they had any availability, the staff were fantastic, so helpful and got everything sorted within 30 minutes. We went up to the apartment and it was beautiful, clean and that view!! Highly recommend l
