★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This has been my favourite accommodation in New Zealand so far. Amazing views over Lake Tekapo. Slippers and a robe provided. The bath was unreal, and had little salts and candles. So cosy with the fireplace. So peaceful, on a street away from main high street. Great kitchen and washing facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely apartment with a indoor garage, everything is incredibly clean and new. Got AC, a fancy fireplace, all sorts of kitchen ware and a well-decorated room. Love the sofa! Nice view of the lake and quiet neighborhood. Ivan was being extremely nice and helpful. Had a wonderful time here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic place to stay: Cathy was absolutely charming and went above and beyond to get us situated and oriented.
The suite was extremely well equipped with modern decor and appliances, and had one of the nicest bathrooms I’ve seen in a while.
Finally, the apartments are located in walking distance (or a short drive away) from nearly everything you might want to do near Lake Tepako, with a great view of the lake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ An absolute gem. As two couples we rented the 2-bedroom/2 bathroom apartment for one night. Could easily have stayed longer. Modern, extremely well equipped (including a garage), spacious with views to Lake Pukaki and the mountains beyond. Delightful host. Strongly recommend the Mackenzie Apartments - great quality and comfort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Within 15 minutes of arriving at the Mckenzie suites we called Ivan to book another night. Amazing views of lake Tekapo and the surrounding mountain ranges. Internal access garage, washer/dryer, stove top, AC, gas fireplace that backs onto your room. Would happily reccomend staying here.

The apartment was exceptional with quality fittings, immaculately clean and everything that you would need. The bedroom was a neat surprise with the gorgeous wall surrounds and light fittings. I can't wait to come back.
