★ ★ ★ ★ ★ With alert level 3 still in place we were limited for mothers day gift options.
Been told the Alray dairy has a good selection of gifts.
Had a few good things that we had chosen and took them up to counter.
While standing there noticed another display cabinet so we had a look at that too.
While doing that had to listen to the lady that was working yesterday (saturday) sigh and get impatient with us. There was $40 worth of stuff on counter and was going to buy another $30 ornament if the service wasn't so poor. There was no one else in store or outside waiting.
Seemed a good shop but very dissapointed in the customer service. You missed out on $30 and the chance of any repeat business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experiences here have always been bad staff are always very rude and treat customers with no respect my daughter dropped a dollar in this store and went to pick it up and was told to not to gymnastics we never got the dollar back. I hate being a Karen but this store has not respect for anyone. Will not be visiting again.

One occasion though when I rang them up I had a really rude staff member who refused to take my order because she "couldn't be bothered making chips". Since this was a one time occurrence I'll only drop one star off because they have been perfect every other time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s a shame because the chips are actually really nice. But the customer service is a big let down . Given them a few chances thinking maybe it was just a off day for them but no, each time it’s been the same rudeness . Also you’d think if they actually make you pay extra for chicken salt that they would make sure to put it on but nope not once have we had it put on but it’s on the receipt each time . If they upped there customer service this would be a 4 or 5 star because like I said the chips are yum!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing fish and chips the best in invercargill and always lovely friendly staff it's my local has been for 3 and a bit years now definitely one happy local here (blue cod is to die for) ...there is a new girl that replaced my blue cod for something else that was almost the same price except it was disgusting ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here for fish n chips. Was ok, feed was very greasy. Blue Cod was nice. Please learn how to cook oysters, especially if you're going to charge $42 a dozen... they were dry and overcooked. Really disappointing
