We are excited to announce that we are finalists in the Westpac New Zealand Franchise Awards 2021! An extra special congratulations to Justin Rakena & Anna Conway (owners of Courtney Place, Manners, and Taranaki Street in Wellington) for being named finalists for Franchisee of the Year - Retail & Hospitality and to Colin Robson for being named a finalist for Field Manager of the Year - over 500k. We have also been named a finalist for Franchise System of the Year - Retail & Hospitality and are looking forward to the Awards Gala Dinner in March 2022.

I couldn't hear much but what I did hear was totally disgusting. I hope that lady has made a formal complaint against this guy. No male talks to a female like that.
@ night n day wanganui, I hope you sort this out and fired that male worker. As I watched from my vehicle That woman left that shop scared to death.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband and I were traveling through Whanganui and we decided to stop into Night and Day, amazed at the range of choices there were to choose from.
But a big shout out to HELEN not only did she recommend products to us ( we spent more than we should have) she also took the time to listern too 2 oldies story for traveling around NZ.
Thank you Helen for an excellent job well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy microwaved my partners nachos 3 times and still was cold az .was talking on the phone the whole time. And was very slow .me and other customers waited about 10 minutes. He seemed like it was a inconvenience to be there .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I walked in tonight asked the female attendant politely if they had any park drive 50 grams, she said yes and then stared blankly at me for 30 seconds.
I then asked her "can I get some please" to break the uncomfortable silence. I myself work in customer service and I would never treat my customers that way. There was no greeting and the way she glared made me feel that I wasn't welcome.
I will never set foot in that store again and I will inform my friends and family to do the same. I wish I could give it zero stars.
