We are capable of full removal and refit of refrigerated floors, full airflow aluminium overlay floor coverings, complete hardwood floors with fibreglass overlay with either grip tread gel floor or a smooth finish. We also install full foam filled floors with underlays and overlays, carry out side wall replacements and sectional repairs, do underfloor rebuilds and refrigerated body wall and sectional replacements.
Other services include suspension and general engineering repairs, door seal replacements, small and large damage repairs back to manufacturer finish, full visual refurbishment and complete fleet repaint work and sandblasting. We provide floor alloy capping, door hinge and locking assemblies, alloy guard replacements, tailbeams with full lighting and reflectorised tape, outer alloy corner post replacement, and outer alloy side rail repairs. Full certification is supplied if needed and all engineering repairs carry LT400 (if required). We also offer mobile refrigerated trailer repairs, one of our trained technicians can come to your site & carry put repairs including seals hinges ect as needed on all NZ brands of trailers.
